Spyderco Knives
Spyderco changed what a pocket knife looks like. The round hole in the blade, the pocket clip and the serrated edge all came from this company in Golden, Colorado, and by now every one of those ideas has been copied a thousand times.
What sets Spyderco apart is the willingness to experiment. The catalogue is full of steels most brands never touch, and the shapes follow the hand rather than a trend. A Delica from twenty years ago still works exactly as intended, which says a lot.
The Para 3 and the Delica 4 are the two we sell most. The Para 3 is the compact everyday carry with the Compression Lock, the Delica is lighter and has been the sensible choice for decades.
Spyderco also makes kitchen knives and the Sharpmaker, which is still one of the easiest ways to keep an edge at home.
